  • To compile statistics and improve the quality of our services

via email to administracion@consejomexicano.org or by submitting a written
request to the Council’s physical address. You may also register with the Public
Registry to Avoid Advertising maintained by the Federal Consumer Protection
Agency (PROFECO).
VI. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection)
You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Cancel it if you believe it is no longer necessary for the stated purposes
  • Object to its processing for specific purposes
    To exercise these rights, please send a request to
    administracion@consejomexicano.org or visit our offices. Your request must
    include:
  • Your name and a means to receive the response
  • Documents proving your identity or legal representation
  • A clear and precise description of the data concerning which you seek to
    exercise your rights
  • Any other information that facilitates the location of the data
    We will respond within 20 business days from receipt of your request. If
    appropriate, your request will be fulfilled within 15 business days.

    The Council implements administrative, technical, and physical security
    measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration,
    destruction, or unauthorized access, use, or processing.
